Ithaca High School Girls Lacrosse recently hosted a special Morgan’s Message awareness game focused on supporting student-athlete mental health and promoting important conversations surrounding wellness and support.
The event brought players and the community together around a cause that continues to make a meaningful impact in athletics across the country. A special thank you was given to Nat and Sage for helping organize and support the initiative.
Through events like this, student-athletes are helping break the stigma surrounding mental health while reminding others that they are never alone. The game served as another powerful example of how sports can create connection, awareness, and positive change beyond the scoreboard.
