On September 18th, the John Jay and Roy C. Ketcham field hockey teams came together for a special event – the annual Kerri Roger Memorial Game. This game honors the memory of Kerri Roger, a beloved athlete and former Ketcham student whose legacy continues to inspire both teams and the entire community.
The game not only highlighted the fierce competition between the two teams but also united players, families, and supporters in remembrance of Kerri’s passion for the sport. Both teams played with heart and determination, making this game much more than just a match. It was a celebration of community, resilience, and the power of sports to bring people together for a meaningful cause.
