As 2024 came to a close, the John Jay Cheerleading teams put their hearts into giving back to the community. On Monday, the teams made 100 PB&J sandwiches for the homeless as part of their ongoing service efforts. But that wasn’t all—the athletes also collected and donated four more bags of blankets, bringing the total to 36 blankets for those in need.
The cheerleaders were on a mission to keep the community warm and fed during the winter months.
