The Kellenberg Memorial High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse team is taking the field for more than just a win. In a special show of support, the team has announced that their upcoming home game against St. John’s will be dedicated to Morgan’s Message, a national movement focused on student-athlete mental health awareness.
The game, scheduled for tomorrow, will shine a light on the importance of mental wellness and the need to break the stigma surrounding mental health—especially in athletics. By aligning with Morgan’s Message, the KMHS Varsity Lacrosse team is using their platform to honor the life and legacy of Morgan Rodgers and to promote open, supportive conversations about mental health among their peers and community.
