The KM Football program recently demonstrated what it means to “pass the torch” as high school players volunteered their time at a local Youth Camp.
The varsity athletes spent the evening working with younger football players, helping teach skills, offering encouragement, and creating a positive experience for the next generation of the program.
For the younger athletes, the opportunity to learn directly from high school players gave them role models to look up to and a chance to feel more connected to the broader KM Football community.
For the high school players, the clinic provided an opportunity to give back, develop leadership skills, and invest in the program that helped shape their own athletic journey.
The event was a great example of how sports can bring different generations together while reinforcing the values of teamwork, mentorship, and community.
