About:
Our football booster club and athletic department put on this event prior to our variety football home opener. Varsity football players came to the elementary school and greeted students as they were dismissed to let them know about the event. They handed out wristbands to students as their ticket to the game. At the event, we had athletes running each “game” area for the kids. It was set up similarly to a bizarre event, the kids went from activity to activity and won prizes. Great community building event and we got a nice crowd at our football game.
