Sharks Stand Together for a Cause
Breast Cancer Awareness Month provides an opportunity for athletes, teams, and communities to come together to honor those battling breast cancer, celebrate survivors, and remember loved ones lost to the disease.
By showing their support, the LIU Acrobatics & Tumbling team helped reinforce a message of hope, compassion, and unity.
Making an Impact Beyond Competition
For the LIU Sharks, being part of a team extends beyond athletic performance. It also means supporting one another and recognizing causes that affect families and communities.
Their participation in Breast Cancer Awareness Month highlights the positive influence collegiate student-athletes can have beyond their sport.
