Community pride was on full display this past Sunday as the Longwood High School Rotary Interact Club rolled up their sleeves and got to work during the Take Back 25 Litter Clean-Up event.
Under the leadership of advisor Mr. Heinrichs, club members teamed up with local civic associations, fire departments, police organizations, elected officials, and members of the Longwood Board of Education to beautify the Route 25 corridor through Coram and Middle Island.
The collaborative effort brought people together from all corners of the community, highlighting the power of partnership and student involvement in civic action. Thanks to everyone’s dedication, Route 25 is now cleaner, greener, and a shining example of what can be achieved when we work together.
