About:
The Maple Hill High School Baseball team recently showcased the true essence of teamwork, extending their efforts beyond the field. On Field Cleanup Day, more than 30 players, coaches, and parents gathered to give back to their community by helping maintain the iconic Canonica Field.
Their collective efforts ensured the field remains in excellent condition, ready for the upcoming season. The team’s hard work reflects their commitment to responsibility and community engagement.
A special thank you goes to Jay Beber, the dedicated Head Groundskeeper, who works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep Canonica Field in top shape for both the team and the community. His unwavering commitment highlights the power of consistent effort.
This act of teamwork and community spirit embodies the core values of Maple Hill Baseball, with players from grades 7-12, along with coaches from Modified, JV, and Varsity, all pitching in to help. The team also continues to support the upkeep of the field throughout the season, before and after games.
