On May 2nd, the Massapequa Girls Varsity Lacrosse team took the field for more than just a game, they played with heart and purpose in memory of their dear friend, Connor Kasin.
Hosted at Berner Middle School, the Chiefs faced off against Long Beach in a powerful tribute game that brought the community together. In honor of Connor, the team organized a bake sale and 50/50 raffle, with all proceeds benefiting the Connor Kasin Foundation, a cause close to the hearts of many in the Massapequa community.
The event served as a reminder of the strength of friendship, community, and the impact one life can have. With supporters filling the stands in blue and gold, the night was filled with love, remembrance, and a shared commitment to making a difference.
