About:

Photo caption: The Multicultural Club at Massapequa High School’s Ames Campus, led by adviser Maria Beauchesne, collected cases of bottled water throughout January to aid many of the earthquake victims in Puerto Rico. The donation was given to the Town of Hempstead, which was collecting supplies to help the residents of the island, including water, non-perishable food items, laundry detergent and other household goods. The Multicultural Club thanks the students and staff who contributed to this cause and for assisting many of the Puerto Rican people during this difficult time.
