At Mineola Middle School, the spirit of giving was alive and well this Thanksgiving season. Thanks to the generosity of our community and the hard work of our Community Action Club, we were able to provide full Thanksgiving dinners for 30 local families in need.
This incredible effort was made possible by the outpouring of support from the Mineola community. Students, teachers, and families came together to make sure those in need had a holiday meal to celebrate with loved ones. The Community Action Club played a vital role in organizing the donations, assembling the meals, and delivering them to the families. Their dedication and service truly embody the values of kindness and compassion that are at the heart of the Mineola community.
It’s moments like these that remind us of the power of coming together to help those in need. We are so grateful for the generosity shown by everyone involved and proud of our students for leading the way in making a difference.
