About:
PMHS will host its Alumni Recognition and Tommy Hamm Scholarship Game on Saturday, December 27 at 10:30 a.m. in the PMHS gymnasium, bringing together current players, alumni, and community members for a meaningful morning of basketball and remembrance.
The event will honor the 2005 League Championship Team, celebrating a milestone season in program history, as well as recognize Lauren Regan, the program’s 1,000-point scorer, for her outstanding achievements on the court. These recognitions highlight the tradition of excellence and dedication that has shaped PMHS basketball over the years.
In addition to celebrating athletic accomplishments, the game will raise funds for the Thomas Hamm Scholarship, established in memory of Tommy Hamm, the son of longtime basketball coach and beloved community member Chick Hamm. The scholarship continues Tommy’s legacy by supporting students and honoring the values of commitment, teamwork, and community that defined his life.
Adding to the special atmosphere, girls from the PMHS youth basketball programs will also be in attendance, reinforcing the strong connection between past, present, and future athletes within the program.
The Alumni Recognition and Tommy Hamm Scholarship Game promises to be a meaningful event that celebrates history, honors legacy, and brings the PMHS basketball community together.
