The holiday spirit was in full swing this weekend as members of the Port Jefferson Varsity Baseball Team teamed up with the high school Varsity Club to bring joy, smiles, and holiday magic to local children at the League of Yes Annual Breakfast with Santa.
On Sunday morning, student-athletes volunteered their time to help create a festive and welcoming atmosphere for families attending the event. From greeting children and assisting with activities to sharing laughs and holiday cheer, the players embraced the opportunity to make the day brighter for everyone they met.
The League of Yes, known for its incredible work supporting athletes with disabilities, hosts this special event each year to celebrate community, inclusion, and the joy of the season. Port Jefferson’s athletes were proud to be part of such an uplifting experience—one that allowed them to give back, make connections, and model the true meaning of service.
