About:
Students in the Rhame Avenue School’s Art Club just finished designing and creating bandanas for the dogs at the local Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter.
Club members hope that these bandanas will show just how lovable these puppies can be and help get them adopted a little quicker. Students included messages like “Adopt Me,” “Pick Me,” and “I need a loving home” to tug at the heartstrings of those who visit the shelter.
