The Schroeder Warriors Hockey program recently showed that leadership and teamwork extend well beyond the rink.
During a busy hockey season, the Warriors took time to give back by assembling goodie bags filled with healthy snacks and delivering them to the Ronald McDonald House. The bags were created to support families spending long days at the hospital, offering a small but meaningful gesture of care during challenging times.
By organizing, packaging, and personally delivering the donations, Schroeder student-athletes demonstrated a strong commitment to service and compassion. Their efforts highlighted the importance of balancing competition with community responsibility—and using the platform of athletics to make a positive impact.
Well done to the Warriors for recognizing the power of giving back and for supporting families when they need it most.
