About:

A young man, a junior at the high school, has been batting cancer for over 6 years. During the pandemic the cancer took a an even larger toll on him and as a result he sadly has loss his leg. This young man is the cousin of one of the football team members and he is also as a student of one of the assistant coaches.

An initiative came together recently to collect Christmas decorations across the school, teachers and students, that would be delivered and decorated at this young mans home.

Due to limitation of social gatherings, ten players from the team came together after school to decorate this young mans home inside and out. More players, if not the whole team, would have loved to been apart of making the holiday season brighter for their friend if possible.

The athletes came together to make a difference and bring some cheer  at this time of need.
