About:
Students from Hills West and Hills East participating in the Senior Experience program recently came together to create a powerful visual tribute at the Fran Greenspan Administration Center. By planting a Field of Honor, they honored the bravery and sacrifice of military members, veterans, and first responders.
This meaningful project served as more than just a display — it was an act of remembrance and civic engagement. As they planted each flag, students reflected on the lives and service of those being honored, connecting classroom learning with real-world values of gratitude, respect, and community responsibility.
The Field of Honor stands as a moving symbol of appreciation and a reminder of the importance of recognizing those who serve and protect.
