About:
The Girls Lacrosse program is helping inspire the next generation of players by hosting a free youth lacrosse clinic for boys and girls in grades K–6 on March 22.
Promoted by coach Joe Pollicino, the clinic offers young athletes a chance to learn the fundamentals of the game while preparing for the upcoming spring season. Participants will have the opportunity to work on basic skills, develop confidence, and experience the fast-paced excitement of lacrosse in a supportive and fun environment.
Events like this play an important role in strengthening the connection between school athletic programs and their communities. By opening the field to younger players, the Saratoga Springs Girls Lacrosse program is helping introduce youth athletes to the sport while encouraging teamwork, participation, and a love of the game.
The clinic also provides a great opportunity for young players to interact with experienced coaches and athletes, creating positive role models and helping build excitement for the sport throughout the Saratoga community.
Through initiatives like this, Saratoga Springs Girls Lacrosse continues to demonstrate its commitment to growing the game and supporting youth development both on and off the field.
