About:
There were around 40 athletes involved. Players from all three teams (frosh, JV & Varsity). There were also some track athletes that joined our team.
The players participated in the walk. They signed up to walk or run. They were not involved in the set up of the 5k.
This is an annual event that the softball program has done for the past 6 years (a little time off with COVID). I’ve been having the girls participate in this event since we are located in Hathorne which is part of Danvers. The girls always enjoy coming together to support the event.
