About:
these 4 young Rockville Centre trailblazers who are promoting the importance of the COVID-19 vaccine while fundraising for a good cause. Their “Spread Love Not Covid” signs have raised $2,400 and counting for the Hempstead School District. Keep up the good work!
We are a group of four high school students from Rockville Centre who created this lawn sign fundraiser (spread love not Covid) to help spread awareness of the vaccine while raising money for the Hempstead School District. Hempstead is our neighboring town and has severely been effected by Covid. To date, we have sold about 250 lawn signs for $15 each raising approx $2500 which will be put towards an educational scholarship fund.

we have been spending our past three weekends delivering signs, meeting with government officials and media and answering emails. Prior to this, we spent a lot of time on zooms with each other planning out our strategy.
This Saturday we are being interviewed by ABC7’s Bill Ritter for his BeKind campaign.
We have delivered signs all over Long Island, including Westhampton Beach!
Besides school and our sports, this has become our new team!
