About:
Students in the Three Village Central School District are spreading the love ahead of Valentine’s Day. Several classes and school clubs created valentines to send to local nonprofits and organizations.
At Minnesauke Elementary School, students in Mrs. Babb’s third grade class worked with their buddies in Mrs. Sheridan’s kindergartners to create tissue paper flowers. The flowers were created as the building participated in The Great Kindness Challenge. They will be delivered alongside meals during the week of Valentine’s Day.
At P.J. Gelinas Junior High School, seventh and eighth graders in the Community Connections Club spread love and joy by creating Valentine’s Day cards to be donated to the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Stony Brook Children’s Hospital.
