On Friday, November 21st, the St. Mary’s Boys basketball program worked with VFW Post 1790 in Valley Stream to carry out a Thanksgiving food drive for the local community. It was a great way to interact and give back to the community as well as a reminder for all that we have to be thankful for during the holiday season. The St. Mary’s coaching staff was proud of the boys in the program for their work. Thank you to VFW Post 1790 for having us and to all other party’s that allowed us to be part of the food drive.
