About:
Connetquot’s Sycamore Avenue Elementary School students and faculty, in collaboration with the PTA, collected food for school families in need of some Thanksgiving cheer this holiday. PTA Vice President Arlyne West reported that nine of the school’s families will receive nonperishable items, a turkey donated from the faculty, a $50 gift card donated from Aldi Supermarket and fresh produce donated by the PTA for the perfect Thanksgiving meal.
