Cambridge Girls Basketball Team Volunteering at the Washington County Fair

The Cambridge Girls Basketball team has always loved attending the Washington County Fair, often heading straight there after soccer or field hockey preseason. This year, when presented with the opportunity to volunteer in the milkshake booth, the girls immediately thought it was a fantastic idea!

The team is no stranger to giving back, as they regularly spend their Saturday mornings in the winter helping out with youth basketball. Volunteering at the fair was seen as another great way to bond as a team and give back to a place that holds so many cherished memories for them.

The afternoon was filled with plenty of laughs and an opportunity for the girls to improve their communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. It was a rewarding experience that strengthened their connection with each other and with their community.
