About:
Last month, the entire 4th grade class at Terryville Road Elementary School had a fundraising campaign to benefit the Daniela Conte Foundation.
With the help of 4th grade teacher Ms. Attardi, the school’s 4th graders organized a “Human Sundae” fundraiser, inviting students to buy tickets and vote for which teachers would be turned into ice cream sundaes, complete with whipped cream, sprinkles, and plenty of laughter.
Through their creativity and kindness, they raised over $2,000 to help financially support children battling cancer and their families.
We’re so inspired by their big hearts and even bigger imagination. These students reminded us that no act of generosity is too small—and no one is too young to make a difference. A special thank you to Ms. Attardi who made this event possible and instilled a passion for helping others in her students.
