Photo caption: Westhampton Beach Middle School seventh graders recently spent time coloring valentines that will be delivered to senior citizens at the Westhampton Beach Care Center. The study skills class project not only provided the students with an opportunity to bring cheer to local seniors, but also showed them how coloring can be a mindfulness activity that can reduce stress and anxiety.
