The fundraiser started at the end of February. It was open to all the players (13 teams approx. 12 each team). The SS cost $30 of which $10 went to the SH Food Pantry. Forms were sent to all the players. The forms were returned to the coaches with their moneys attached. All the forms with the money were given to the Coordinator.
The weekend was spent creating a spreadsheet with the names of the players and their sizes. I think we sold 78 x $10 = $780 to the Food Pantry. Not bad for a fund raiser. Everyone benefited!
