About:
The Victor Boys JV and Varsity Lacrosse teams once again demonstrated their commitment to giving back by volunteering with The Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign on December 15th at Eastview Mall. For the second year in a row, players, coaches, and even Superintendent Dr. Tim Terranova joined other Victor Central School District groups to support this meaningful cause during the holiday season.
The team rang bells and collected donations to help families in need, spreading holiday cheer while making a significant impact. Their efforts directly support The Salvation Army’s mission to provide vital assistance to those struggling during this festive time of year.
The event was more than just a fundraising opportunity—it was a memorable experience for everyone involved. A special visitor even stopped by to join in the holiday spirit, adding to the joy of the day.
The Victor Boys Lacrosse team’s involvement highlights the strong values they uphold: leadership, teamwork, and compassion, both on and off the field. Their dedication to community service is an inspiring example of how student-athletes can make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Thank you to the Victor Boys Lacrosse team for your generosity, holiday spirit, and continued commitment to serving the community!
