About:
This Thanksgiving break, Visitation School students put service into action in a big way. Members of the Student Council and Class Representatives volunteered at the Annunciation School tree lot, helping unload and organize more than 500 Christmas trees for families preparing for the holiday season.
Their hard work, teamwork, and positive energy truly brought the spirit of the season to life. From carrying trees to arranging displays, these student leaders showed what it means to serve with heart—supporting another school community and brightening the holidays for countless families.
And their impact didn’t stop there.
Visitation students have been service powerhouses this holiday season. In addition to their efforts at the tree lot, they:
-
Packed 28 boxes of food and turkeys
-
Donated 240 $25 Cub gift cards to support families in North Minneapolis connected to the Visitation Sisters
-
Are currently filling and decorating nearly 500 Christmas stockings for the Sisters
This incredible work is a shining example of Visitation’s commitment to leadership, generosity, and living out its values beyond the classroom.
