About:
An important component of a Wantagh student’s education is community service, as witnessed in Wantagh Middle School’s student council Thanksgiving food drive. The student council includes student athletes. During each homeroom period, students collected canned and nonperishable food items and delivered boxes of donations to families in need this Thanksgiving holiday.
