This Friday, November 7th, the Ward Melville community will come together to honor the life and legacy of Coach Briana Ponzini-Britt — a cherished alumna, cheerleading coach, and friend whose spirit continues to inspire.
At 7 p.m., Ward Melville High School will dedicate its home playoff football game in her memory. Fans are encouraged to wear gray in recognition of Brain Cancer Awareness and in remembrance of Coach Ponzini-Britt’s incredible strength and unwavering positivity.
Her influence extends far beyond the sidelines — shaping athletes, students, and colleagues through her leadership, kindness, and passion for the Ward Melville community.
