This Veterans Day, the Ward Melville Football team not only took time to express their gratitude but also demonstrated it through meaningful action. Over the weekend, members of the team volunteered at the Stony Brook Veterans Home, connecting with veterans and showing appreciation for their service and sacrifice.
The players spent time assisting staff, engaging with residents, and honoring the veterans who have given so much for our country. It was a powerful experience for the team, reminding them of the importance of service and the impact they can make in their community.
