Just four days ago, the Waterloo Boys Varsity Lacrosse team showed that their strength goes far beyond the field. In an inspiring act of teamwork and service, these young athletes took on the challenge of moving, dumping, spreading — and ultimately cleaning up — 250 bags of mulch for a local community project.
Their effort wasn’t just about hard work; it was about pride, responsibility, and giving back. The team came together with energy and purpose, turning what could have been a tough task into a meaningful experience — and the results speak for themselves. The grounds look beautiful, and the community has taken notice.
We’re proud to celebrate these student-athletes not only for their dedication to their sport, but for being role models off the field as well.
