Varsity and JV athletes are actively involved in volunteering with the youth in their community.
On Monday, they organized a no-cost youth clinic dedicated to girls in grades 3-7 as part of our town’s youth basketball program. The Varsity and JV athletes played a crucial role in leading skill stations and building connections with our young athletes.
In preparation for their season, the Varsity athletes generously volunteered their time to assist both the coaching staff in conducting a clinic for the coaches of the youth programs.
During the summer, the Varsity athletes actively participate in Webster Youth Camp for grades 2-6, contributing to its smooth operation.
Furthermore, the Varsity athletes consistently lend their support each spring by volunteering for “Kelsey’s Kamp,” a camp designed to honor the life and legacy of Schroeder Basketball Player Kelsey Annese. This free youth basketball camp caters to females in grades 2-6.
To show their ongoing commitment to the youth program, each season, they make it a point to attend at least one Northcoast game, demonstrating their unwavering support.
