Westhampton Beach High School students recently embraced Wellness Week with a series of themed days and interactive activities designed to promote mental and physical well-being.
The week kicked off with “Neon Day” on Tuesday, where students dressed in bright colors to help “brighten someone’s day” and spread positivity throughout the school. On Wednesday, students showed up in matching outfits with friends to highlight the value of having a strong support system.
The week culminated on Thursday with “Green Day,” symbolizing mental health awareness. During gym periods, students rotated through wellness activity stations that offered valuable insights into mental health and emphasized the connection between physical activity and emotional well-being.
Through these fun and educational events, Westhampton Beach High School fostered a spirit of community, support, and self-care—encouraging students to prioritize both their mental and physical health.
