Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame Community Impact Awards
The Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame Community Impact Awards, presented in partnership with Team Up 4 Community, recognize student-athletes who make a positive impact both on and off the field.
These awards celebrate individuals who demonstrate:
- Excellence in athletics
- Leadership within their school and community
- A commitment to service, character, and giving back
Selected honorees are recognized by the Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame and Team Up 4 Community through a special presentation at their school.
Nomination Information
Athletic Directors, coaches, counselors, and school leaders are invited to nominate student-athletes who exemplify leadership, integrity, and community impact.
Nomination materials may include:
- Athletic achievements and leadership roles
- Community service involvement and initiatives
- Personal character and influence on others
- Letters of recommendation or supporting materials
Why It Matters
This award honors student-athletes who use their platform to inspire others, strengthen their communities, and represent the values of education-based athletics through leadership and service.
