Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame Community Impact Awards
The Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame Community Impact Awards, presented in partnership with Team Up 4 Community, celebrate student-athletes who are making a meaningful difference both on and off the field.
These awards recognize individuals who demonstrate:
- Excellence in athletics
- Leadership within their teams and schools
- A strong commitment to community service and giving back
Selected honorees will be recognized at the Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame Induction Night on May 21, alongside some of the most accomplished figures in Suffolk County sports.
Nomination Information
We invite Athletic Directors, coaches, and school leaders to nominate outstanding student-athletes who exemplify leadership, character, and community impact.
Application components include:
- Athletic achievements and leadership roles
- Community service involvement, including projects and hours
- Personal character and influence on others
- Letters of recommendation and supporting materials
