The Victor and Canandaigua school communities recently came together for the 6th Annual Scott Zahn Memorial Classic, an event that continues to grow in both participation and impact while honoring the legacy of a beloved community member.
Through the generosity of supporters, teams, and families, the event successfully raised more than $4,250 to benefit the Victor-Farmington Food Cupboard and Canandaigua Churches in Action. The fundraiser highlights the power of athletics to unite communities around a shared mission — supporting neighbors in need while remembering those who made a lasting difference.
Beyond the fundraising totals, the evening showcased strong school spirit and collaboration between rival communities. Student-athletes, coaches, and fans all played a role in creating an atmosphere centered on service, gratitude, and remembrance.
