Malden Catholic student-athletes are joining together this September to support childhood cancer awareness through a series of Blackout Childhood Cancer games across multiple sports.
Throughout the month, teams will take part in special awareness games designed to bring attention to childhood cancer while uniting athletes, families and fans around an important cause.
Malden Catholic’s schedule includes:
- Golf — September 17
- Boys Soccer — September 18
- Volleyball — September 21
- Girls Soccer — September 21
- Football & Cheer — September 25
- Field Hockey — September 26
The September 25 football game against Westwood will also be part of the larger Blackout Football Games initiative.
By participating across so many athletic programs, Malden Catholic is showing the power of student-athletes coming together for a cause bigger than competition.
