Justin DeMaio’s class at West Islip’s Bayview Elementary School recently participated in their annual Operation Christmas Child initiative, which sends shoeboxes filled with gifts as well as educational items and toiletries to needy children in other countries.
“We are glad we can help bring smiles to children all over the world, especially now more than ever,” said DeMaio.
