Dogwood Elementary School went “Pink For Paige” on Oct. 10, in honor of Paige Elizabeth Keely, a first grader at St. James Elementary School who passed away in 2018 at the age of 6 from an undiagnosed brain arteriovenous malformation.
Principal Renee Carpenter announced that Dogwood raised a total of $414 through the sale of AVM Awareness bracelets.
The money raised will be donated to the Paige Elizabeth Keely Foundation. October is AVM Awareness month.
