The Port Jefferson Girls Varsity Lacrosse is using the power of sport to raise awareness and support student-athlete mental health.
During their upcoming game against Mattituck, the team will host a Morgan’s Message Dedication Game, partnering with Morgan’s Message to bring attention to the importance of mental health in athletics.
The event encourages the community to come together in support of a meaningful cause—highlighting that athletes are not alone and that mental health matters both on and off the field. With the message to “Play for Something Bigger,” players, coaches, and fans will unite to create a supportive environment and spark important conversations.
