On May 8, fifth grade students from Malverne’s Davison Avenue Intermediate School brought joy and connection to the residents of Atria of Lynbrook.
From handing out roses and handmade Mother’s Day cards to playing board games and sharing stories, Davison Ambassadors engaged with the senior citizens and from the smiles and laughter heard around the room, brought fun and youthful spirit that was inspiring for all participants.
Malverne is proud of the students and teachers who were part of this beautiful lesson in the power of cross-generational relationships and compassion in action.
