This April, Hills East’s boys tennis team is proudly showing their support for Autism Awareness Month by wearing blue wristbands during practices and matches. Beyond the wristbands, the team has kicked off a fundraiser to benefit Aceing Autism—a tennis-specific program dedicated to promoting inclusion and empowering individuals on the autism spectrum through sport.
Their efforts highlight how athletics can be a powerful platform for raising awareness and fostering a more inclusive community both on and off the court.
