At Ward Melville High School, the Stand Together Buddies Club continues to lead with compassion and inclusion. This week, the club worked on a special community service project — creating heartfelt cards for children in the hospital.
The effort was led by senior Gracie Stuart, under the guidance of club advisor Virginia McCaffrey, and brought together students of all ability levels to share kindness through creativity. Each card was filled with messages of hope, encouragement, and cheer — sure to brighten the day of every child who receives one.
