About:
Five members of Connolly School’s K-Kids club (including student athletes) volunteered at the North Shore Kiwanis Club annual Pancake Breakfast on April 17.
The money from this event serves as a fundraiser to purchase back-to-school clothing for local children in need, prior to the new school year.
As part of their service, the students served the guests and bused tables, which offered them an opportunity to give back to their community and to help others. Connolly Kiwanis Club adviser Nancy Cox described the students’ efforts as amazing!
