As part of the American Heart Association’s Heart Challenge, students at Hampton Bays Elementary School learned about heart health while raising $2,210 in donations for the organization. They secured the donations by pledging to participate in a jumping event at their school on May 13, during which they jumped as much as they could using jump ropes, pogo sticks and more.
