About:
The coordinators of the 4000 strong “Diva Half-Marathon race” Long Island’s largest all women’s road race, were in need of volunteer help. They quickly knew they could count on the Lady Firebirds of Kellenberg. Twenty-two team members, on their afternoon off, volunteered with great joy, in another act that has made them well-known in the Metropolitan area.
