About:
The Rhame Avenue K-Kids orchestrated a water bottle collection throughout the month of March, under the direction of adviser Sherina Lugo.
Each week, the K-Kids (which includes student athletes) collected water bottles from classrooms and brought them to a local recycling facility for deposit. All proceeds earned will go to support the club. In addition, the group will make a donation to a charity of its choice. The children also created a poster for the bulletin board outside of Room 104 to remind everyone that “Recycling Is Beautiful!”
