This event was created because one of our head supervisors was treated for several forms of cancer at the Wilmot Cancer Center…
He was one of the original Webster Soccer Coaches in the 60’s and now he works our events and everyone loves him.
All 4 soccer teams announced to the crowd and parents what the cause was – we raised almost $2000 last night and will add that to our $1800 raised from football —
a formal donation will be made to Wilmot early next week.
A lot of our service events don’t go directly to groups we know – most are local, but this one is really for Mr. Kruze — he is the best.
